This policy explains, in plain English, how Buildwell Partners LLC ("Buildwell," "we," "us"), based in West Palm Beach, Florida, handles information you share through the Buildwell Score website and assessment.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number
- Business details: business type, annual revenue range, and exit timeline
- Your answers to the assessment questions
- If you sign up as a broker partner: your name, email, brokerage name, phone, and number of active listings
How we use it
- To generate your Buildwell Score and personalized report
- To email you your results
- To follow up with you about Buildwell Partners services
- To manage broker partner relationships and referrals
Who processes your information
Your assessment answers and business details are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your report. Your information is stored with our hosting and database provider and sent to the CRM and automation tools we use to deliver your results and follow up with you. These providers handle data on our behalf to run this service.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal information.
Emails and text messages
If you give us your email, we may send your results and related follow-up. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. We only send text messages if you check the box agreeing to receive them. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for these purposes or until you ask us to delete it.
Access and deletion
To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email support@buildwellpartners.com and we'll delete or provide your data.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
