The Buildwell Score is a free tool meant to give you a general sense of how ready your business may be for a sale.

Estimates, not advice

Your score and report are estimates generated from the answers you provide, with the help of artificial intelligence. They are not a business appraisal or valuation opinion, and they are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Using this tool does not create a professional, advisory, or client relationship between you and Buildwell. Talk to qualified professionals before making decisions about selling your business.

No guarantees

We make no guarantee of any sale price, valuation multiple, deal terms, or other outcome.

Your answers

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The report is only as accurate as the answers it's based on.

Limitation of liability

The tool and report are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Buildwell Partners LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, score, or report.

Intellectual property

The assessment, its questions, scoring framework, and report format belong to Buildwell Partners LLC. You may use your own report for your own purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the assessment or framework.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
